Histamine detection into crayfish CNS
Using STAINperfect immunostaining kit A, Histamine was detected into the CNS of a crayfish. Staining was obtained following the protocol for whole mounts samples with IS1039 rabbit polyclonal anti-histamine antibody. Fluorescent labeled secondary antibody was used and picture was acquired by confocal imaging.
Histamine antibody - Rabbit polyclonal Ab
Ref: IS1039
Histamine is a widely present natural amino acid known to be involved in different systems including in the control of central nervous and immune functions. The anti-histamine antibody IS1039 is a rabbit polyclonal antibody developped to detect Histamine in various types of samples including whole mounts, cell culture and tissue sections. Importantly, samples must be prepared according to the STAINperfect immunostaining kit A and following the recommended procedure.
