Diagnostic ELISA kits (IVD)ELISACatecholamines

This Free Metanephrines ELISA kit enables the fast measurement of free L-metanephrine and free L-Normetanephrine in plasma samples. Intended for in vitro diagnostics, this quantitative immunoassay is based on a simple and fast sample preparation step, and features a limit of detection below 25pg/ml.

Sample type 200µl plasma
Samples/kit 80 samples – or 40 samples in duplicate
Sensitivity 17pg/ml – Metanephrine
23pg/ml – Normetanephrine
Range 36 – 3 600pg/ml – Metanephrine
72 – 7 200pg/ml – Normetanephrine
