Using STAINperfect immunostaining kit A, Dopamine and Serotonin are detected either into the CNS of embryonic mouse E13.5 following the protocol for whole mount samples (upper images) or in mouse primary neuronal culture (midbrain) following the protocol for cell culture (lower images) and using Dopamine Rabbit pAb (IS1005) and Serotonin Goat pAb (IS0135). Fluorescent conjugated secondary antibodies were used and images acquired by confocal imaging.
