New antibody for Noradrenaline now available using STAINperfect immunostaining kit

Using STAINperfect immunostaining kit A, Noradrenaline (norepinephrine) was specificaly detected in the CNS of embryonic mouse (E13.5). Noradrenergic soma and fibers were detected in the pons (left image), while in the spinal cord only fibers were revealed (right image). Staining was obtained following the protocol optimized for whole mount samples and using polyclonal antibody targeting L-Noradrenaline (ImmuSmol, ref: IS1042). Fluorescent conjugated secondary antibody was used and images obtained by confocal imaging.
