The Kynurenine/Kynurenic Acid/Quinolinic acid ELISA pack enables quantitative measurements of tryptophan catabolism along the kynurenine pathway in large numbers of samples. Intended for research use only, the three kits included in the pack are ready to use. Highly sensitive, with a minimum sample volume of 25-50µL, they enable pre-clinical and clinical sample testings.
